1. Print the attached student handbook and sign the Section3. Student Agreement on page 36. Scan or take a photo with your signature and upload here.

2. Upload copies of proof of your 25hrs of Pilates (can be in an email from your Pilates teacher or a log of classes from their booking system).

3. Anatomy completion certificate & Higher School Certificate or equivalent/higher (Diploma, Bachelor, Masters).

Polestar Pilates Ultimate Reformer Series
Total Course Fess:  $2,990
 
Initial deposit of $710 + 2.6% processing fee, followed by 4 payments of $570.
These payments will be set up by Ezi Debit once registration is complete. Instructions to follow via e-mail after registration is confirmed.
